Roof inspections
An inspection is a visual assessment of the roof surface and key details from the exterior and, where appropriate, the attic. We look for wind damage, hail hits that broke the shingle mat, granule loss, exposed nails, deteriorated flashing, and signs of moisture in the attic. You should expect photos or notes that support our recommendations.
Inspections do not predict future leaks with certainty. They describe current condition and common risk factors.
Roof repair
Repairs address specific failures: replacing damaged shingles in a wind corridor, resealing pipe boots, correcting minor flashing issues, or patching a limited leak path when decking is sound. We scope repairs so you know what is included and what would require a larger project.
Roof replacement
Replacement means removing existing roofing layers where required by code, inspecting decking, installing underlayment and shingles (or other approved covering), and finishing penetrations and edges to manufacturer and code requirements. Material brands and wind ratings vary; we discuss options that fit your home and budget.
Storm and insurance workflow
After severe weather, documentation matters. If you plan to involve insurance, review your policy and deductible first. We can provide an inspection and written findings. Approval and payment timelines depend on your carrier, not on us.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee insurance outcomes.
- We do not claim awards or rankings we have not earned.
- We do not promise a roof will never leak; we install and repair to industry standards and manufacturer instructions.
